• Focusing strategy for corporate-wide effective execution, and
• capture trandwatching information for “ sense and respond” capability to anticipate dynamic changes

Implementing Balanced Scorecard further with Strategic Management framework, will make corporate strategy to be focused, comprehensively translated troughout organization, linked to the operational budget and performance management evaluation.
